Sahaja Yoga Mats

Sahaja Yoga Mats have been designed by yogis for yogis with the intention to give back to others. The mat designs all incorporate elements of Sacred Geometry to help with alignment, encouraging hand and foot placements that are naturally organic for the mover on the mat. Every design concept has come from a place of heart, inspired from ancient yogic texts, tantric philosophy and the energetic body. For every yoga mat sold, the creators behind Sahaja donate a solar light to communities in Mozambique.

Sahaja Yoga Mats are printed using high tech heat sublimation printing, with non-toxic water based inks. The base is made from natural tree rubber. The soft microfibre absorbent towel is made from recycled plastics, to give the mover a yoga mat and towel in one.
